TikTok and Pinterest Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies only to features that connect with TikTok or Pinterest. Each platform also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.

2. Information received from TikTok

If you choose to connect a TikTok account, TikTok may provide an account identifier, basic profile information, approved permission scopes, access and refresh tokens, creator posting settings, and posting-status information. Your TikTok password is not received or stored.

When you ask to prepare or publish TikTok content, the video, caption, hashtags, privacy selection, interaction settings, content disclosures, upload status, and post or publish identifiers needed to complete and confirm your request may be processed.

3. Information received from Pinterest

If you choose to connect a Pinterest account, Pinterest may provide an account identifier, basic profile information, approved permission scopes, access and refresh tokens, board information needed for your selection, and Pin publishing status. Your Pinterest password is not received or stored.

When you ask to prepare or publish Pinterest content, the image or video, Pin title, description, destination link, alt text, selected board, and Pin or publish identifiers needed to complete and confirm your request may be processed.

4. How platform information is used

• To connect the TikTok or Pinterest account you authorize.
• To show available publishing choices and account-specific settings.
• To prepare, submit, and confirm content only when you request it.
• To maintain connection security and prevent unauthorized use.
• To troubleshoot failed submissions and respond to support requests.
• To comply with applicable law and TikTok or Pinterest platform rules.

Information obtained from TikTok or Pinterest is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train artificial intelligence models.

5. Publishing and user control

Content is not published to TikTok or Pinterest without your action. Before submission, you can review the content and choose the settings made available by the applicable platform. TikTok or Pinterest receives the content and publishing instructions you approve and handles them under its own privacy policy.

6. Sharing

Platform information is shared only with TikTok or Pinterest as needed to perform the action you request, with service providers that securely support the connection or publishing process, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users and the integrations. Personal information is not sold.

7. Retention, disconnection, and deletion

Authorization tokens are retained only while needed to maintain the connection, until they expire, or until access is revoked. Limited publishing records may be retained for status, security, support, and legal compliance. Content is not retained longer than reasonably necessary to carry out the requested publishing action.

You may revoke access in your TikTok or Pinterest account settings. You may also request deletion of associated integration data by emailing privacy support. Disconnecting stops future access but does not delete content already published. Existing TikTok posts or Pinterest Pins must be managed or deleted through the applicable platform.

8. Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect platform information and authorization tokens. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To submit a request, email privacy support. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

10. Children's privacy

These TikTok and Pinterest integrations are not directed to children under 13, and personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected through them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the TikTok or Pinterest integrations, platform requirements, legal obligations, or security practices. The effective date will be updated when changes are made.
